Placenta encapsulation is the process of gently preparing your placenta into capsules and

or a tincture that you can take like any other supplement for weeks, months and years postpartum, on your own timeline. This is nourishing postpartum support, not a medical treatment. Consuming one’s own placenta medicine is commonly honored in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where dried placenta (Zi He Che) has been used for centuries to rebuild qi and blood after birth. This ritual also shows up in ancestral postpartum traditions all around the world, where the placenta was honored, buried, or consumed as part of the mother’s own recovery ritual.
Placenta Encapsulation
Your placenta grew alongside your baby, nurturing them and producing the hormones that carried your pregnancy. It’s an organ your body built just for you and your baby, and it’s with deep gratitude I get to join you in honoring your placenta through encapsulation. Encapsulation?
